i hope everyting will be fine:)

in the morning went fer training. was late:x do alot physical.was totally exhausted.after trgn stay behind watch bboys train.after tat went to eat at monfort macs.went bck to sch to find him thn slack awhile and went to amk hub meet my dad.walk ard till 9 plus thn went hme.my knees are lyke swollen now.tanks to jiaolian.keep train us fang shou.and havin serious muscleache.arghs!!hpe will be fine soon.hahaas.tmr gg malaysia.shall post tmr.byebyes:)
